| The
Australian owned cruise company, Danat Dubai Cruises,
offers a variety of cruises including fun, leisure,
relaxation, explore, and tour cruises. Danat Dubai
has a 34-meter (111.5 feet) air-conditioned catamaran
named ‘MV Danat Dubai’. MV Danat Dubai
has three decks and can carry up to 300 passengers.
Evening Dinner Cruise
Passengers
start boarding the luxurious cruise vessel at 8:15pm
from its departure area on the Bur Dubai side of
the Dubai creek, near the British Embassy. On boarding,
each passenger receives a cold towel and a welcoming
drink as the vessel sets sail along the Dubai creek
into the Arabian Gulf. During the cruise, the Renaissance
Hotel caters an international buffet dinner, which
can be eaten underneath the stars. During dinner,
international music will play in the background
and a variety of entertainment will be provided
onboard.
The cruise lasts for 2 hours, from 8:30pm to 11:00pm, and costs Dhs. 225 (US$ 62) for adults and Dhs. 130 (US$ 36)
for children from 5 to 12. Pick-up and drop-off services are available for people staying in Dubai for a fee of Dhs. 30 (US$ 8) per person. Unfortunately, Danat Dubai
is no longer in service, but you can enjoy a similar experience on a traditional Dubai Dhow Cruise.
